WORKSHOPS - Join us. Creative and experiential trainings provide personal learning and growth in a dynamic group environment. Engage with yourself and others to build skills, discover what isn't working, and develop new patterns for success. (Also available for your group/work setting.) CORPORATE TRAINING & ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING - At your location. Specifically assessing your organization’s needs, Insight Dynamics designs strategies to create effective improvement in group function and output.
Needs and goals analysis (3+ hours on-site, plus proposal)
Jump-start immersion seminar (one-day off-site)
Bi-Monthly skill building sessions (3 hours each on-site)
Executive coaching across all company levels, as desired (30+ minutes weekly)
Evaluation and assessment (monthly, by phone) to problem solve or strategize for upcoming goals
